At Illuminate Collective, we want you to love your home as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused and original-packaged decor and lighting. If your piece isn't the perfect fit for your space, we are here to ensure a smooth and transparent exchange process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original protective packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
