How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days within the continental US. Custom lighting fixtures or handmade decor items may require an additional 3-5 days for processing before shipment.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that installed lighting fixtures and final sale items are not eligible for return.
Are your lighting products compatible with smart home systems?
Most of our modern fixtures are compatible with dimmable LED bulbs and smart switches. Please check the specific product description for individual compatibility details.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Illuminate Collective ships to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our reach to more international destinations in the near future.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging fragile items, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product for a full replacement.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After this window, the order moves into our fulfillment process and cannot be changed.
